Project 14 – Lucky

This dog was caught during Project 8 – Sierra to be vaccinated and neutered.
He was severely underweight, refused to eat, and had completely withdrawn from life.

The vet diagnosed a blood parasite, requiring long-term treatment, including IV fluids and continuous medical care.

After two weeks, his condition began to improve – he started eating again.
At one point, due to a lack of donations, we were forced to consider taking him out of the clinic because the treatment costs were very high.

But after a Facebook appeal, we received generous donations that allowed us to continue his treatment until full recovery.

That’s how he got his name: Lucky.
Thank you to everyone who helped give Lucky the chance to heal and return to his pack.
